Eugene Kaspersky made an offer to Natalya Shtutser after a stormy romance, when they went camping together and went in for sports. A sad event in the life of lovers was the distribution of Eugene in Chita after receiving his technical education at the KGB Higher School. Family ties helped her in her career growth. Kaspersky began to succeed in business and the growth rate of sales amounted to 300%.
The number of Kaspersky Labs has increased from 6 to 600 people. The company gained worldwide recognition through international contracts. According to management, the main reasons for the company's success were:
- a new market segment that has not been well researched;
- high level of demand for software;
- weak competitors in the computer market;
- lack of business practices.
Management in the conditions of rapid business development required a woman to increase her knowledge. Natalya Kasperskaya decided to get a second education abroad. She entered the British Open University.
