Yuri Belkin, two-time absolute world champion in powerlifting among juniors and repeated winner of competitions at the European level, is a member of the Russian national team. The biography of the future athlete began in 1990. The boy was born with twin sister Julia in the urban-type village of Tymovskoye in the Khabarovsk Territory on December 5. The family already had one child, their older sister Inna.

After graduating from school, the graduate decided to get an education. For 9 years, Yuri attended art school. He decided to get an education in design and architecture. In the year of study at the University of Khabarovsk, the student did not stop training. First achievements
Preparations for the 2011 Country Cup have begun. Belkin went to St. Petersburg for his first domestic competition. He took second place, showing excellent dynamics. After second place in the national championship, once again setting a new record, Yuri entered the national team as a participant. The athlete went to the European Championship in Bulgaria. At the WPRF PRO CUP competitions held in the capital, Belkin again proved the right to be called the strongest on the planet.
