Biography
Vera Glagoleva was born in Moscow in 1956 and was brought up in a family of teachers with her older brother. After some time, the Glagolevs moved to Izmailovo, and then were seconded to Germany. Vera graduated from school only on her return to the capital. In her childhood, she was engaged in archery, and once cinema became her passion. This happened in high school: the girl visited the Mosfilm film studio, where a schoolgirl was offered a small role in the film "To the End of the World …".
A new role awaited Vera in 1977. It was the image of the girl Vary in the tape of Anatoly Efros "On Thursday and never again." In the 80s, a new bright stripe began in the career of a novice actress: she played in the films Do Not Shoot White Swans, Starfall, and Torpedo Bear. But especially the audience remembered the film "Marry the Captain" in 1985. The role of the journalist Elena was played so truthfully that many publications called Glogolev the best actress of the year.
Vera Glagoleva was able to consolidate her success with the film "Sincerely Yours …". After that, everyone presented her exclusively in the role of strong-willed and independent women. The actress continued to play these images in the films “Poor Sasha”, “Engagement Ring”, “Woman Wants to Know” and others.
