The future theater and film actor was born on December 7, 1956 in the village of Kotelva in Ukraine. By nature, the boy was inquisitive, but very shy. Impressed by the creative work of Marcello Mastroianni and Alain Delon, Valery from a young age dreamed of the magical world of cinema. His dreams began to come true when the boy was only 12 years old: already at this age, Valery began acting in children's films.
Mom Valeria beautifully painted, sang, wrote poetry, she was very artistic. She supported the creative aspirations of her son and even sent him to a music school.
One of the steps in the education of Storozhik was the Tver School of Music. Here Valery studied at the directing and choral department. Creative life spun the young man: he performs in mini-performances, participates in skits, and gradually becomes a master of improvisation.
