Childhood and family
Manu was born in 1974, in the city of Nantes. Father, as well as grandfather and even great-grandfather of Manu were chefs in restaurants. If we talk about the mother, then all her life she was a housewife.
Since childhood, Manu was curious and active, so his favorite sports were running, swimming and football. At age 13, Manu became a student in a circus amateur school, where he was praised for his artistry and flexibility. However, two years later, the guy realized that he would have to get a long time before becoming a professional clown, so he chose a different type of activity.
Career
Manu went to his father's restaurant to become an assistant cook there. Already at the age of 15, a teenager literally grabbed information on the fly, and at 16 went to a more expensive restaurant. There he completed his studies. Then the guy went to London, where he worked in a variety of institutions, building a career from a waiter to a chef.
In 1999, he went to Australia, where he helped local restaurateurs conduct business and improve it. Every day, Manu cooked over 3 dozen dishes, improving and perfecting his own professional skills.
The first restaurant appeared 10 years later, in 2009, and it appeared in Paddington, Sydney. The restaurant prepares a modern French bistro. Investments paid off very quickly.
Two years later, another Manu restaurant appeared - an institution called Aperiti. Co-owner of this restaurant was Miguel Maeste, famous for the film "Bachelor Party".
