Starting conditions
It is no exaggeration to say that childhood with George Shalvovich Pitskhelauri was difficult. The child was born on January 31, 1961 in a family of an acting family. Parents lived in Leningrad and professionally practiced ballet. The boy spent time behind the scenes and saw how actors, extras, make-up artists and other participants in the performances live. George absorbed the sensations and impressions of the environment and dreamed of going on stage like father and mother do. Almost all children's aspirations have come true over time.
George went to school with in-depth study of the English language. At the same time he was engaged in "music" - mastered the technique of playing the piano. The future actor and stunt student studied well. I found a common language with classmates. Participated in social events. I did sports. After the tenth grade, he easily entered the drama department at the local theater institute. After receiving a specialized education, he got a job in the musical theater "Buff".
Professional activity
Insightful directors immediately noticed in the young actor the abilities hidden for the time being. Pinzkhelauri worked on the stage and simultaneously acted in films. It should be emphasized that the technique of acting on the stage and on the set is different. The first film, where George demonstrated his skills, was called "Reporting from the Abyss." The next role he played in the film "Bindyuzhnik and the King." And then came the "Perfect Crime."
The art of Pinzkhelauri was noted by the famous Leningrad cultural figure Mikhail Boyarsky. Noticed and invited him to his theater "Benefis". It was interesting, fascinating, but also difficult to work with the master. In general, the actor’s career was successful. After some time, the already popular actor was invited to shoot the film "St. John's Wort". George embodied on the screen the image of the Indian leader Chingachuk. And not only played, but performed very complex tricks that only professional stuntmen can do.
