1
Mambila. This tribe lives in West Africa. Cannibalism is prevalent here at the present time, although the authorities are trying to limit it. The first evidence that the mambilas eat their own kind appeared in the twentieth century. Charity missions talked about the tradition of this tribe to eat its enemies on the battlefield. Sometimes this also affected residents of neighboring villages, despite the fact that the state of war with them was temporary. In the peaceful period, the Mambilas married girls from these places. Because of this, it turned out that they could kill and eat their relative.
This tribe, known for cannibalism, took off the meat with a large knife. It was often eaten raw. The insides were cooked at the stake.
there were special rules: women did not eat human meat, and married men did not eat female remains. But single old people could eat what they wanted.
2
Angu. This tribe lives in New Guinea. It is still worth the fear of meeting with its members, as they are particularly cruel. Strangers here are not just eaten, but also pre-tortured. For example, chips are inserted into the body of the prisoner, which are then set on fire. If there are two prisoners, one is immediately eaten in front of a frightened comrade.
The Angu tribe has a tradition according to which it is customary to eat the elderly. This is done so as not to wait for the moment of their dementia. For a fee, a person from another family commits this ritual murder.
Most often, human meat is cooked. Sometimes stew. The most delicious parts of the body are the feet, cheeks, chest and tongue. The genitals of the tribe can be eaten raw, as it is a delicacy.
In addition, this tribe of cannibals is known for its massive orgies.
3
Bachezu. This tribe living in Uganda is characterized by relative loyalty. They only eat the corpses of their kin. This action is considered honorable. 30 days after the death of a half-decomposed dead man, they put in a vat. Putting it on fire, the inhabitants of the tribe are waiting for the body to turn into coals. They are ground to a powder, which now becomes a kind of spice. The powder is added to food and drink made by soldiers. According to tradition, this should give strength and courage to the members of the tribe. Use this drink before the fighting or hunting.
note
Previously, the hunt for human meat among the tribes was conducted openly, but now it is kept secret as much as possible. Tribes remain wild, but the highest organs of the countries in which they are trying to keep them under control.
