Write a free-form statement about the desire to become a member of the Red Cross, pay annual membership fees (from 10 to 500 rubles). Within 10 days, your candidacy will be considered and approved or rejected (in case of problems with the law or participation in actions contrary to the activities of the RKK - for example, inciting ethnic hatred). If you know a member of the ALAC who can give you a recommendation, this will speed up the application.

At the appointed time, you will receive a registered membership card and information about ongoing promotions and events of the local branch of the Red Cross, in which you can take part.

You can become a member of the Red Cross movement without a membership card. The Red Cross regularly recruits volunteers who take part in charity events free of charge: they look after disabled people, children, refugees, elderly people, distribute humanitarian aid, and disseminate information about the activities of the Red Cross. If you want to become a volunteer, you need to contact the nearest branch of the RKK, submit documents (if necessary, documents on professional training), conclude an agreement that will indicate the rights and obligations of the volunteer, his place of work.

If you want to connect your future life with this organization, follow the vacancies of the Russian Red Cross or the international offices of the KK. Knowledge of foreign languages, the presence of a demanded specialty (for example, a doctor, psychologist), membership and regular participation in events and programs will increase the chances of becoming an employee of this organization.
