Instruction manual
1
Upon arrival at a new permanent or temporary residence, before the registration procedure at the place of stay or permanent residence, contact the military commissariat or the regional administration if the military registration and enlistment office is not available.
2
Present your passport, military ID. You will also need an address sheet for departure from your previous place of residence. If you moved to a permanent place of residence, a note on deregistration at the military commissariat at the previous place of residence should be put down on the military card.
3
In case of temporary relocation, inform the military commissariat of your temporary absence and provide the address of your temporary registration. This applies to persons of draft age and military citizens who may be held administratively liable or administratively liable for late registration and departure without notifying the military commissariat.
4
If upon departure to a temporary place of residence you do not know the exact address where you intend to register temporarily, provide the commissariat with accurate information within two weeks from the date of departure. This is not considered a violation and is not subject to an administrative fine or punishment.
5
It is not necessary to deregister at the permanent place of residence. Temporary registration is carried out without a departure sheet and a stamp in the passport on the extract, which does not exempt from military registration.
6
If, after notifying the military commissariat of a change of residence, you are refused to be removed from military records, you have the right to appeal these actions in the manner prescribed by law. Such situations happen during the call and are completely unlawful, since according to the law, anyone has the right to freedom of movement and change of residence.
