Water was and remains a hostile element for man. Whether you are swimming on a rubber ring or on a huge liner, danger always lies in wait for you. Modern ships resemble huge cities on the water, but this does not make them more reliable. To avoid accidents on water, it is necessary to follow all the rules of conduct in water transport.
You will need

- - pills for motion sickness, other medicines.
Instruction manual
1
When you are traveling on water, be sure to bring your seasick pills with you. If you have any kind of chronic illness like asthma or diabetes, stock up on medications in case the illness worsens.
2
Carefully inspect the ship, look and remember where it is. You must know exactly where the lifeboats and vests are and remember the way to them. Find a short way from your cabin and other public places to the upper deck, so that in the event of smoke, you can get there quickly and without confusion.
3
Read the operating instructions for the lifejackets. In case of an emergency, there will be no time to understand all this. Learn to wear and fasten your vest. Read the safety instructions for your ship. Do not break the rules described in it.
4
Sometimes a small emergency develops into a tragedy, and then the captain of the vessel makes a decision to start the evacuation to save passengers. As you know, panic only interferes with this, so keep calm and follow the directions. Women and children will be the first to board lifeboats. You will be allowed to take documents and money, blankets, matches, medicines and food with you.
5
If the lifeboats are already full of victims, you must jump directly into the water. Do not forget to wear a vest before this. Hold your chin to your chest, close your nose and mouth with one hand, and hold the vest with the other. Life jackets have light bulbs, a whistle and a signal mirror, so you can signal the passing ships.
note
It is necessary to emerge with open eyes, so as not to fall under the ship. If you find yourself in water, you can’t be near the vessel so that you won’t be pulled deep into the stream of water. Be sure to wear a vest, even if you know how to swim well, as you can hit the water and lose consciousness, or a cramp will reduce your leg.
