Compose a letter at any embassy in the national language of the country or international - English. If your foreign writing skills are poor, ask someone who knows the language to help you. The presentation style should be as clear as possible, concise and understandable, there should be no grammatical errors in the text, since their presence will make a very unfavorable impression about you.

In almost every case, there are call templates that can be viewed on the embassy website. If the required sample is not there, write a letter in free form, observing only the general requirements. In the upper left corner, put the date of the appeal, then indicate the name and surname of the person to whom you are writing and his position. Then indicate the address of the embassy in the following sequence: street, house, city. Begin the text of the letter with the address, for example, "Dear m. Smith."

From a new line, clearly state your request or describe the problem. After the text, put your full name, middle name and last name, indicate your full home address and contacts, for example, phone number or email address. Your personal signature must also be present. If you write by hand, the text should be as legible as possible. Remember that if you have not written down your full name or forgot to indicate the postal address with the zip code, then the letter will be recognized as anonymous and will not be answered, even if you put your contacts in circulation.

As a rule, citizens' appeals are considered quickly enough, but if the question is very complicated, you can wait up to 30 days for an answer. Embassy staff can also contact you to ask any clarifying questions, so it is better to indicate the mobile phone number and the time when you can call in the letter.
