Indeed, it is necessary to distinguish between laziness short-term and real laziness, which covers you completely and completely and does not allow you to get out of your fetters.
Short-term laziness is sometimes even useful, for example, on a day off, lying on a bed for half a day, doing nothing at the same time and giving the body a break from working everyday life. Everything is clear here - so lazy is even useful. But what to do if laziness develops into a daily habit, which leads a person to unwillingness to do any business at all. The border between this state and depression is very thin, and so that we don’t cross this border, we advise you to devote 10 minutes to introspection and try to help yourself defeat laziness.
We can say that working on yourself will be the first and most difficult step that you will have to take in the fight against laziness. Introspection is a laborious thing and not always pleasant. First of all, take a piece of paper and write the date when laziness first captured you. Compare this date with the events that happened in your life. The possible cause was a quarrel, or failure, perhaps a disease. Step over yourself, but eliminate this reason, first of all forgive yourself, remember how you love yourself, and only then forgive the reason - a person or a circumstance. Life failures are not an occasion to put an end to themselves. Write it all down on paper, and carry these notes with you - at the right time they will help you fight laziness.
If it is difficult for you to take these steps, we advise you to put yourself in order and go to a large bookstore where you can buy books on introspection. A trip to such a store will cheer you up, and if after you go to the cafeteria and order aromatic coffee, then your mood will improve, you will feel like standing at the ajar door to a society where life does not stand still.
Make yourself interested in something new, find yourself a hobby, or set a goal - for example, to visit all the museums of the city.
And most importantly, drop bad and negative thoughts, enjoy every day, every moment, and only in such a positive mood can you effectively fight laziness.
