American writer Jay Asher was born in Arcadia. This is a city located in the state of California in the USA. Escher was born on September 30, 1975. From childhood, his parents encouraged all his interests. Whatever Jay did, from music to literature, he always received family support. Escher got his first writing experience while still in high school. Then he was educated at a college in San Luis Obispo. Initially, Jay was going to become a primary school teacher.
Escher then entered the California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo. Prior to graduation, he had only a year to study, but Jay opted for a career as a writer. To create, Escher was ready to work as a seller and a librarian.
