Umar Alievich Dzhabrailov is a well-known Chechen politician and entrepreneur. He does charity work and is used to being the center of attention. A man is fond of art and is considered a connoisseur of female beauty.
Biography
Umar Alievich in Grozny in June 1958. His father was an oilman, and his mother was an intelligent woman who devoted her life to the family and raising children.
After school, the young man went to Moscow, where he entered an industrial college. In the early 80s he served in the missile forces. Then Umar joined the CPSU. Ten years later, he quit the party.
After the army, a young Chechen entered MGIMO's Faculty of Economics. He succeeded in becoming a student only on the second attempt. In 1985 he received a red diploma and began to work as a laboratory assistant.
Career
In the 90s, Dzhabrailov worked as an art historian for a year, after which he founded the Donaco company. The man was engaged in the supply of refined products. A few years later, Umar began to collaborate with Paul Taitum. Together, the men founded a new enterprise, where Dzhabrailov was the CEO. Two years later, a conflict arose between them, and Paul Taitum was attacked. The American died, and the shadow of suspicion fell on Umar, he was forbidden to travel to the United States. During the investigation, his involvement in the murder was not proven.
In the 2000s, Dzhabrailov moved to the banking sector. He headed Russian Capital and First Obk. In 2004, Umar Alievich was appointed senator of the Chechen Republic.
