Man cannot exist outside of society. He enriches it and receives disproportionately more in response in the form of knowledge, skills.
Socialization as a Concept
Man is a social being. It was living with relatives that led our ancestors to the creation and mastery of speech, writing, developed a craving for beauty and the expression of this in various forms of art: music, sculpture, literature, etc.
To summarize the above, we can come to the conclusion that socialization is the process of mastering the individual's abilities and skills for an optimal and comfortable existence in society. A public person is one who is in harmony with other people, knows how to find a common language with them, receive and give knowledge, and share experience.
Types of Socialization
- Primary
- Group
- Gender
- Resocialization
- Early
- Organized
Primary includes the time period from the moment a child is born until it becomes a mature adult. Group implies socialization in a particular social group. She may be of interest or age. Gender socialization is gender separation. Realization, also called secondary, implies a change in a previously existing model of behavior. This can be closely related to group socialization, when a person falls into another social group or due to a change in priorities. Early socialization occurs when an individual tries to adapt in those conditions that do not fit him in certain ways. For example, a small child is trying to appear older and smarter to match the friends and colleagues of the parents. Finally, organized socialization is what a person must do when interacting with a small group of people. This happens in the family, circle, school, when entering the institute or when applying for a job.
