“I want to share with you a recipe that was on my“ favorite and healthy ”list. These are air syrniki with blueberry sauce. We need: 1 packet of cottage cheese (250 g), 1 yolk, 1.5 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch vanillin and 1 tablespoon of premium flour. For the sauce we need 200 grams of blueberries, sugar to taste, lemon zest and 1 teaspoon of corn starch. Stir the sugar with the yolk until the sugar is completely dissolved 20-30 seconds, if desired, you can replace sugar with sugar powder, then just mix. Then, add the rest of the ingredients besides flour and mix to a homogeneous mass. If you want to get a homogeneous and creamy mass, you need to rub it through a sieve.
