Biography
The future actor was born on the tenth day of December 1957 in the small village of Smidovich in the Khabarovsk Territory. Semyon was brought up only by his mother, since the father left the family and left his wife with four children. The family moved to Birobidzhan. The future actor grew up and was brought up in a boarding school, my mother could not support everyone and was forced to send the boy to a government institution. Semyon himself was determined to become better than his father in everything, the main task for himself was to study exclusively at five, but at the very beginning of training he got four and was worried about this for a long time.
Semyon began to show his talents at school, at that time he loved to sing and often performed in amateur performances. But in adolescence, the boy’s voice changed dramatically, and he had to engage with singing. Closer to graduation classes, he began to play in a folk amateur theater. After leaving school, continuing to enter the theater, he entered the Institute of Arts of the Far East, which he successfully graduated in 1979.
Career
The film debut of a talented actor took place in the early nineties. The first role in the film "Austrian Field" was dramatic. Later, the actor performed several episodic works in such films as: "We Go to America", "Elixir", "Iron Curtain". But one of the main works in his life brought true success and recognition to the actor: the role of Leva in the popular film of the 90s, “Features of the National Hunt”.
Later, the film received several sequels and Strugachev still acted in the role of the beloved Lev Soloveichik. In 2002, the actor got a role in the second season of the television series "Deadly Force", where he played a funny and slightly crazy forensic scientist-inventor. This crank performed by Semyon was also loved by the public. Appearing once as an episodic character, he firmly entrenched in the series, and until the last season he delighted fans of his sparkling jokes and incredible inventions.
Today, Semen Strugachev continues to work both in the theater and in the cinema. His last work was the serial film "Svetlana", in which he played the role of the famous Soviet mentalist Wolf Messing. The premiere of the television series took place at the end of 2018. Strugachev is also actively involved in music, owns several instruments and creates compositions for theatrical productions.
