Vladislav was born in Omsk in 1939. His parents were people of art: mother is a ballerina, father is an actor. Just two years after birth, the boy lost his father - he was accused of counter-revolutionary propaganda and arrested. When Vladislav grew up, his mother told him that his father was at the front, but the truth later revealed.
The father returned home, but family life did not work, and the mother and son were left alone again. Vladislav went to visit his father, tried to live in his new family, but then returned to his native Omsk and entered the medical school.
Immediately after receiving a diploma, Vladislav is taken into the army, in Sakhalin, where he serves as a pharmacy manager and even plans to stay in Sakhalin, but personal problems make him return to Omsk again.
Actor's career
As a child, Vladislav took part in amateur performances with pleasure, so his mother advised him to enter a theater studio. He graduated from it and began working in the Omsk Youth Theater. The roles were mostly episodic, so there was no talk of any fame.
Once a photograph of Dvorzhetsky hit the capital’s acting base, where the director of the film “Running” saw her. Not without difficulties, Vladislav was sampled, and he was approved for the main role.
It was here that its main quality showed itself: the ability to work on camera. This is not required in the theater, because the audience does not see all the nuances of feelings and emotions that the face expresses, and it is impossible to fake in front of the camera. The role of General Khludov in the film "Running" (1971) has become one of the most brilliant works of Dvorzhetsky.
The actor himself recalls that the work on the filming of the film was "exhausting and joyful." Still - from episodes in the Youth Theater to the main role in the historical epic
In the same year, a role took place in the film "The Return of" St. Luke ", and after these two films, Vladislav Dvorzhetsky became known to millions of viewers.
After that, there were many roles and many films, but the minority among them were minor. Take, for example, the films Solaris (1972) and Land of Sannikov (1973). People watched and reviewed these pictures several times, songs from them sounded from all windows.
The famous actor then began shooting the film "Captain Nemo" (1974), which became a cult, like all the films listed, and every teenager knew the name of Dvorzhetsky. During this period, a turning point occurred in his acting fate: he began to play positive characters.
Vladislav also starred in films shot together with foreign colleagues: the Soviet-Yugoslav military tape "The Only Road" and the Soviet-Bulgarian historical biography film "Julia Vrevskaya". He also traveled around the country a lot: he played in entreprise performances.
In the 70s of the last century, Vladislav was removed a lot, experiencing great overload, but the rhythm of life does not reduce. In 1976, he starred in the film "Meeting at the Far Meridian, " and in 1977 he played his last role in the television movie "Classmates."
Vladislav Dvorzhetsky died in May 1978, on tour, buried at the Kuntsevsky cemetery in Moscow.
