Spent 17 matches for this team and was marked by six goals scored. The talent of a seventeen-year-old guy was quickly noticed by sports scouts of clubs from Russia and the countries of the former CIS. In 2000, a promising forward received an offer to watch in one of the strongest clubs in Ukraine - Donetsk Shakhtar. Adamov failed to play in the Pitmen's main team. Therefore, he spent the 2000 season in a double, where he took part in 12 matches. At Shakhtar 2, Roman Adamov scored one goal.
After the Donetsk club, the biography of Roman Adamov was mostly associated with Russia. In 2011, at the age of 18, the player made his debut at Rostselmash (the team currently known as Rostov). He played at the club until 2004. Work on the field and in the training process allowed Adam to gain a foothold in the main team. True, the striker’s performance remained at an average level - for 62 meetings, Adam hit the opponent’s goal only 11 times.
In the 2004-2005 season, Adamov moved to Grozny “Terek”, in which he managed to become the top scorer, as evidenced by nine goals scored in thirty matches held. However, the footballer became widely known in another team.
In December 2005, the striker played for the club RFPL FC “Moscow”. This team revealed his talent as a striker. Already in his second season for the club, he scored 16 goals in 35 matches. This performance allowed Adamov to share the laurels of the best scorer of the Russian Premier League with the forward of “red-white” Roman Pavlyuchenko. In total, for “Moscow” Adamov played 63 matches, in which he scored 24 goals.
In the career of a striker there are several well-known Russian clubs. Among them are “Rubin” (in which the striker spent four seasons since 2008), Samara “Wings of the Soviets”. In the “wings” Adam was leased in 2009, as his game began to decline in the composition of Kazan. The Kazan club laid out a fairly large amount for the striker in the amount of 4.5 million euros, which indicated the hope of acquiring the forward of the striker at the top level. However, this did not fully occur. Adamov played less than thirty matches in Rubin, was able to score goals only three times. It is noteworthy that in a lease in Samara “Wings” Adamov scored even more - 5 times in 14 matches.
After Adamov failed to win the title of top striker in Russia, Roman went to perform in the Czech Republic. The second foreign club after Shakhtar in his career was Victoria from Pilsen. But in it, the forward spent only one season of 2012-2013. I went out to the field infrequently. He played in only six games, in which he was only able to hit the opponent’s goal only once.
