Instruction manual
1
Visit the military registration and enlistment office in Ukraine if you are a man of draft age (from 18 to 25 years old) and take a certificate of the possibility of your going abroad for permanent residence. If you have resolved the issue of conscription (you have served in the army, are using deferment or are exempted from the draft due to health reasons or other legal grounds), this document will be given to you without any problems. In other cases, it remains to take care of the grounds for deferment or exemption from conscription.
2
Take a statement from your local tax office in Ukraine stating that you have no outstanding obligations to the budget.
3
Take from the last employer in Ukraine a certificate of the absence of material claims against you. If during the last five years you have changed jobs, such a certificate will be needed from everyone. If possible, ask that the certificates be sent to you by mail or sent in another way to the Russian address. If you cannot receive these certificates, make four notarized copies of the work book.
4
If your parents remain in Ukraine, ask them to draw up and notify you of the absence of material claims and three notarized copies of each document. A similar set will be required from the legal representative of your minor children, if they remain in Ukraine. If they leave for Russia with you, and their other legal representative remains in Ukraine, he will have to issue his consent to their departure and three notarized copies of him. When your parents live outside Ukraine, documentary evidence of this fact will be required. For example, if they live in Russia, extracts from the house book at the place of residence.
5
Contact the nearest Ukrainian consulate for notarization of documents: birth, marriage and divorce certificates, birth certificates of minor children, the death of parents or spouse, or a document depriving him of his parental rights, if applicable, a work book, if there are no certificates from his last job in Ukraine. Also certify the signature on the application to the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Ukraine at the place of registration on de-registration of you.
6
Make four photocopies of your internal and foreign (if any) passports and marks of registration at the place of residence in the Russian Federation in the passport or certificate of registration at the place of residence.
7
Take a picture. You will need four photos 35 by 45 mm without corners and roundings.
eight
Submit a full set of documents to the consulate for verification.
9
If everything is in order with the papers, pay the consular fee (you will receive the details and payment instructions at the consulate).
10
Hand over a package of documents to the consulate. Within two months you will receive a passport with a mark on permanent residence in the Russian Federation.
note
For legal residence in the Russian Federation, you can not deregister in Ukraine, but get on temporary consular registration to solve passport issues without going to the place of Ukrainian registration based on a certificate from the place of work.
