Early biography
Maria Kolosova was born in 1969 in the Samara region and was brought up in a simple working family. At the same time, parents supported creativity in every possible way and already at a young age Masha played the piano very well, she was very well-read. In addition, sports and healthy nutrition were promoted in the family, so the girl always led an active lifestyle, practically did not consume animal products, and eventually abandoned them
After graduating from high school, Maria decided to continue her education in Moscow. In the capital, she was enrolled in the ranks of students of the largest university in the country of Moscow State University at the Faculty of Psychology. After graduating, Kolosova did not stop there. At the moment, she has three higher educations. At first, the girl’s career developed quite normally: for several years she worked as a hired employee until she decided to start her own business. Things went well, and Maria is still quite a successful entrepreneur.
Sports achivments
Already at the age of 45, Maria Kolosova was carried away by the literary work of the motivating writer John Kellos, from whom she learned that every person is capable of achieving success at any moment in any field, including sports. The woman really liked the triathlon, and she set herself the goal of succeeding in this particular sport. Maria began virtually from scratch - teaching swimming and cycling. Gradually, she managed to gain a decent physical shape and began to participate in the famous Ironman tournament.
At the moment, Maria has already completed six full-fledged Ironmans, each of which represents a huge distance covered by swimming, cycling and running. A woman is actively working on herself and dreams of winning one day in this prestigious competition. She also began work on the book “Transition Zone, ” which, by her own example, should help readers change themselves and achieve their goals.
