Lina Arifulina is a well-known producer, organizer and ideological inspirer of popular shows. Her most successful offspring is "Star Factory", which became the start for many Russian pop singers.

Childhood and youth
The biography of Lina Arifulina began in 1963. Even in childhood, a stubborn, independent and talented girl decided to connect her future with art. However, she dreamed not about the stage or career of the singer, like most peers. Lina was much more attracted by the organizer.
Studying in Europe helped to fulfill the dream. The girl successfully worked on Finnish and French television, absorbing the invaluable experience of foreign colleagues. Family support also helped: parents fully trusted their daughter and helped her in her promotion. Lina participated in organizing fashion shows, interviewed, and selected an audience for the shoot.
Career
Having been educated and completed a multi-stage internship, Arifulina returned to Russia. Her experience was simply invaluable; such an employee became a real find for television. Lina was distinguished by her capacity for work and creativity, she took on any projects, helping the masters or organizing programs from scratch. The management noticed the zeal of the young employee and entrusted her with the most promising project of that time - the show "Star Factory".
Having received the position of director, Arifulina took up the job. For five consecutive seasons, she personally selected promising participants and led them, turning inexperienced performers into real pop stars. The first seasons of the "Factory" and the performers themselves, and the public consider the most successful - and in this recognition a lot of merits of Arifulina herself. After working in the show, Lina wrote a book, revealing many of the secrets of pop backstage.
After the "Factory of Stars" other television projects followed. Arifulina gradually moved away from the role of a hired manager, organizing her own business: a training studio for young performers. The workshop does not only work with pop stars: experienced educators help politicians, businessmen and other people who need to stay in public correctly, give speeches and learn the subtle art of self-presentation. Lina also owns a children's studio, where future stars are preparing for various competitions and concerts.
Arifulin does not leave large production projects. The last major work is a theatrical production in memory of the talented chansonnier Mikhail Krug.
