Konstantin Kinchev is a famous Russian musician and soloist of the cult group "Alice". More than one generation of youth has grown up on the songs of this rock band. What about his personal life and what is his biography?
The childhood and youth of Kostya Kinchev
Konstantin Kinchev was born in Moscow on December 25, 1958. This date is especially revered by all fans of the group "Alice". His parents were professors and taught at universities in the capital. Papa was even the rector of the Moscow Technological Institute.
From childhood, Konstantin was fond of music and constantly listened to foreign bands such as The Rolling Stones. I often skipped classes at school. And the teachers did not like Kostya for his character and desire to stand out. Once he was kicked out of school for too long hair, and then the future musician shaved his head in protest.
Kostya was also fond of sports, in particular hockey, but eventually realized that he would not become a professional hockey player. And then he firmly decided that he would become a rock musician. In those days, this new direction of music was only emerging in the USSR.
After leaving school, Konstantin tried to comprehend science in several higher educational institutions, but in the end he did not receive an education. But during this time he managed to master several professions. He worked as a milling machine operator at the factory, as an artist and even as a sitter. By the way, Kinchev had a great appearance, so he had no problems with the attention of the girls.
Musical career of Konstantin Kinchev
The future rock star began in his little career in little-known bands whose names will not say anything to a wide circle of music lovers. But over time, he was noticed and invited to the role of vocalist in the St. Petersburg team "Alice". At first, Kinchev only recorded songs in the studio, and other leader of the group Svyatoslav Zaderiy played at concerts. But the young musician was not going to put up with this role.
And already in a year the first record was released, recorded precisely by Kinchev. It is called "Energy." By the way, the real name of the musician was Panfilov. But when choosing a pseudonym, he remembered that his maternal grandfather bore the surname Kinchev, but fell under repression. And then, in honor of the ancestor, Konstantin decided to take his last name.
After “Energy”, albums such as “Block of Hell”, “Sixth Forester” and “St. 206 part 2” followed. At this moment, the group has problems with the authorities - for songs that are political in nature. Musicians are arrested several times, but then released. This is reflected in their work, which very often touches on a political topic.
The band dedicates their next albums, “The Sabbath” and “The Black Label”, to rock musicians who passed away early in life to Alexander Bashlachev and Igor Chumychkin. In 2000, Kinchev with "Alice" recorded the album "Solstice", and a little later, "Now later than you think." These albums have become cult for all fans of the group. Musicians for the first time touch on a philosophical and religious theme. After that, in 2005, the Outcast disc was released, and in 2008, The Pulse of the Labyrinth Door Keeper. To date, the last album by Konstantin led by the band is "Excess" in 2016.
All fans of the group united in a special movement that supports the team in all endeavors. Fans closely monitor the life of the group and actively communicate in various social networks.
