Despite the fact that all information about mobile subscribers in our country is under the heading of secrecy, fraudsters always find access to it. They can do this in several ways.

One of them is multicard firmware. Calling from one operator’s number to another’s number is usually expensive. Therefore, many people calling to phone numbers of various operators use multicard. This is the standard format of a SIM card, only all the information on it is on one subscriber’s account.
Official mobile operators do not even sell such cards in stores. Accordingly, it is impossible to flash such a SIM card in an official service center, so they are created by "craftsmen" and sold at various retail outlets and markets. Such a card can be bought on the Internet or by acquaintance. People who are engaged in flashing the card can easily read any information from it and write to their device. In the future, the fraudster may use this information for personal purposes.
In addition to mobile communications, there is still landline communications in our country. Fixed telephony operators offer their customers, in addition to telephone communications, also the Internet using new technologies. There is such a technology as dial-up, this is when you can access the Internet by calling a specific phone number. Subscribers who use these technologies very often become victims of fraudsters.
Using special computer programs that work on the principle of ordinary viruses, scammers gain access to the necessary information. If such a program gets to the computer via dial-up, the connection will be interrupted for a moment, then it will be restored. The subscriber will be surprised by the expensive tariffs, as it is already getting international telephone service. In this case, the subscriber will be very difficult to prove that he did not call any Mexico. Here, the operators can not help the client.
Providers provide instructions for the safe use of such a scheme. Only these instructions are rather dubious.
