Instruction manual
1
Call your local traffic police. Immediately after the collision, try to find the direct phone number of that traffic police regiment that is responsible for a particular section of the road or that serves a specific area. To do this, contact the help desk of your city. If you don’t know the phone number of the help desk, call your friends or relatives to let them find this information on the Internet. Or maybe your phone has Internet access, and you yourself can find the DPS phone number. Today, many drivers have telephone directories in cars that display the contact details of traffic police. If you do not have such a guide, try asking about the availability of drivers passing by.
2
Call the regional traffic police department. In the event that the phone number of the regional traffic police was found, but you still couldn’t get through to the patrol officers, try dialing the telephone number of the regional, regional or republican traffic police. They will receive a call and transmit information about the accident to the regiment that serves the section of the road with the scene.
3
Call the number "02". If you can’t get through to the regional traffic police department, dial the police phone number. Their single telephone number is 02 (from a landline telephone). You can reach the police from your mobile phone by dialing 002 or 020, depending on the mobile operator. Police on the radio will transmit information about the accident to the traffic police regiment.
4
Tell the authorized person all the information about the accident. Tell us the specific address of the accident, the presence of victims, the number of participants in the accident and other information about the accident that you will be asked.
note
Do not panic during an accident, do not try to arrange a "showdown", but rather calm down and call the rescue service. In the meantime, ambulance, traffic police, traffic police or rescue services are driving to the scene of the accident, inspect the section of the road where the accident occurred and write down the details of the collision. It is also recommended to immediately display warning signs of an accident. No need to move the car, turn the steering wheel or turn the wheels, as well as turn off the headlights or turn signals, if they were turned on before the accident.
