Instruction manual
1
Take the telephone directory and ring the waiting rooms of all hospitals in your city. Sometimes information about patients can be obtained from the hospital's referral service, which, however, only works during office hours or during office hours.
2
Contact the ambulance service by phone "03". Introduce yourself and try to find out which hospital your relative was taken to. If you are denied the provision of such information, ask the operator to dictate the phone number of the "Unified Ambulance Help Desk", if available in your city.
3
You can also call ambulance stations located in your city. Talk with the doctor on duty and try to find out where your relative could have taken, or at least find out which hospitals have the so-called urgent days (days on which emergency medical care is provided).
4
Contact a paid help desk. Such services are available in almost all major Russian cities. They have constantly updated databases of all hospital patients, including those who were taken to the ambulance.
5
If you are a resident of Moscow, refer to the website of the Department of Health - www.mosgorzdrav.ru , where there is background information (phone numbers and addresses) especially for those citizens who want to know about the fate of their loved ones. If you live in another city, try contacting the website of the city administration or the Department of Health to find out the addresses or phone numbers you need.
6
If your relative was taken to the ambulance unconsciously and without documents, then you will have to organize his searches yourself. Write out all the addresses and telephones of local hospitals from a telephone directory on a separate sheet or save them in the memory of your mobile phone. Call one of the hospitals on the list and ask if they were delivered without documents on that day or the day before. If not, continue searching until you are answered in the affirmative. Go to the hospital and tell the names of your relative the on-call specialist on duty, find out if this is the person.
