Of course, it is possible and even necessary. Fortunately, the law provides for this as much as 14 days. Only in this case are there small reservations. You must have a check with you or a witness who can confirm that you bought shoes in this particular store. Also, the warranty card must be safe and sound. And the last - the shoes should be clean and look unworn - otherwise the seller will not accept it on completely legal grounds, because the presentation is not preserved.
2
If all these conditions have been met, and the seller is in no hurry to return the money to you, tell him that you will complain about it to the Consumer Protection Service. Most often, after such words, the seller gives the money. But you should immediately warn those people who are going to use this technique in any store: this rule does not apply to some products. Even with excellent presentation and the availability of all receipts, you will not be taken back medicines, bedding and underwear, blankets, pillows and other “personal items”. A complete list of such products can be found in the Consumer Rights Act.

It is also possible to take the shoes back if a defect is detected. In this case, the seller will conduct an examination. During it, they will find out whether the defect was caused by improper manufacture of shoes at the factory or whether it arose because you incorrectly looked after the shoes. If the manufacturer is to blame, he will be obliged to return the money to you or offer a replacement. If you find yourself guilty, then you will have to reimburse the seller for the cost of the examination. However, her decision can be challenged in court.
