An employee can only be a citizen of the Russian Federation who does not have the citizenship of a foreign state and meets personal, professional, physical and psychological qualities.

Your application will be considered for a rather long time. As a rule, all checks take about three months. If all the documents have passed, then you will be called to the personnel department.
3
Next, you need to go through a medical commission, the results of which will be a psychological selection. When passing all the tests, the level of intellectual development, speed of thinking, sociability are revealed. The determination of the suitability of each candidate is checked against the requirements for the specific position for which he is applying. It is necessary to have a higher education and a clean reputation before the law. Relatives and acquaintances are also checked.

After completing all the medical examinations, you will be referred for physical training. The candidate must have a height of at least 175 centimeters, be able to pull up on the crossbar at least 10 times. It will be necessary to pass the run for 100 meters, a kilometer and 3 kilometers. Requirements may vary depending on the position that the employee is applying for.

6
Then the FSB conducts an interview with relatives, as a result of which all respondents will have to agree to enroll the candidate for the service.
7
Based on the results of all the passed stages, only those applicants who successfully passed all the selection stages and meet the requirements are enrolled.
