The opening and closing ceremonies of the "Festival of Festivals" are usually held in the presence of a narrow circle of selected persons, representatives of the film industry and show business. Entrance to events is carried out by special invitations, which can be obtained only by being familiar or a friend of star people. This, of course, does not apply to photojournalists and journalists covering this event - for them the path to the festival is open.
In the framework of the "Festival of Festivals" a film screening is organized, which is carried out at once in several cinemas of St. Petersburg. If you want to see the schedule of their show, go to the official website of the festival, which shows the schedule for each individual cinema. Buying a movie ticket is quite simple: this can be done via the Internet or by contacting the cinema box office.
If you are close to the film industry not only as a spectator, but also as its active person and want to become a direct participant in the festival, go to the official website of this event. In the "Application for participation" section, fill out the special registration form, having previously familiarized yourself with the rules of the event.
In 2012, the "Festival of Festivals" was held from June 25 to 30. Its winners were such directors as: Philip Steltzl, Germany (Grand Prix for the film Goethe); Anton Sivers, Russia ("Silver Griffin" for "House on the Sidelines"); Victoria Lopach, Russia ("first prize of the short jury for the film" Take me out of here "); Ilya Kazankov, Russia (" second prize of the short jury for the film "Boys"). In addition, the "Prize for Creative Support for Nikolai Ovsyannikov" was awarded to Russian director Ekaterina Ovsyannikova for the film "Felichita." The award "For Talent and Popular Recognition" was awarded to Russian actor Semyon Furman. The prize of the Directorate of the Film Festival was awarded to the 100 TV channel.
