Instruction manual
1
To begin with, we note that the right to receive housing are disabled war veterans, war veterans and their wives, as well as blockades. But not all, but only those who are recognized as needing better housing conditions. That is, those who live in dilapidated or dilapidated houses or in apartments where one person has less space than the sanitary norm.
2
In order to get an apartment, a veteran needs to register. To do this, you must contact the local administration (at the place of registration) and write a statement that you need housing, enclosing a copy of your passport with it. Registration of documents for placing in the queue for veterans is carried out according to a simplified scheme, and in most regions of Russia no more documents will be required from a veteran - all the other certificates will be collected by employees of the municipality independently.
3
The procedure for providing apartments to veterans can be different. This may be the allocation of a subsidy for the purchase of housing (its size is equal to the average cost per square meter in this region, multiplied by 36 - this is the norm of the provided area for a war participant), or the purchase of an apartment at the expense of the municipality and its provision under a social contract of employment. If the veteran has not yet used the right to privatize, such an apartment can be registered as a property.
4
The subsidy allocated for improving housing conditions can only be spent on housing. Moreover, the apartment must comply with all necessary sanitary and technical standards.
5
It should also be noted that the right to celebrate a housewarming at state expense is granted to veterans and participants in the war only once in a lifetime. Therefore, buying an apartment, registering children and grandchildren in it (or giving it to relatives and friends), after which it is impossible to register again as “in need of expansion”.
