You must buy an envelope suitable for this type of shipments. At the post office they will tell you which one to choose. To him will need to purchase the appropriate brand.

Fill in the required lines on the envelope. These are the initials and address of the recipient. You must also write similar information about the sender. On the envelope you must put the signature - "registered with notice."

After that, you need to fill out the notification itself. On the main side, your address and initials, on the reverse, the same data about the addressee. Specify the type of notification. It can be simple and custom, you need to put a checkmark in front of the desired inscription. In some cases, it must be indicated that the letter is cash on delivery or payment of declared value. This notice must be glued to the envelope on its back, that is, the address should not be closed. It is this notification that you will be sent to confirm delivery of the letter with the personal signature of the addressee.

Then the letter is weighed, the barcode and stamps are glued. When all the necessary procedures are done, you will be given a detailed receipt, which will indicate all the payment criteria. These include the address of the sender, the address of the recipient, the mass of the letter, the type of departure (for example, 1st class, air mail), the date the letter was received, the barcode number, the total amount paid, who received the letter from you, and the signature of the mail employee. Be sure to check if the receipt is filled out correctly.

The receipt must be paid. After that, you will receive a 14-digit code with which you can track the movement of the letter. You can view its location on the official website of the Russian Post.

If you send a simple letter, the mail does not bear any responsibility for the speed of delivery and the receipt itself. The maximum weight of a registered letter must not exceed 100 g.
