The goods we buy and the services we provide are not always of high quality. By law, the consumer has the right to compensation for material and moral costs. But in order to receive this compensation, it is necessary to correctly compose and send a claim to an unscrupulous seller. And it is best to send this claim by registered letter with a receipt of receipt.

Instruction manual
1
Write the text of the claim and go to the post office. Take an ordinary mail envelope. Indicate on the envelope the detailed address of the recipient and your own in the columns set for this. Also on the empty section of the envelope write above: "declared value ten rubles. 00 kopecks." (the number of rubles is indicated in words, kopecks in numbers). Evaluating a letter is not worth more.
2
Take two forms entitled “Attachment List”. Fill out these forms. In the upper line of "attachments to" write: "valuable letter with notification", in the columns "To" and "Where" indicate the recipient. Then fill in the inventory directly. Write verbatim and in detail the contents of the shipment. For example: "Claim for poor-quality services with a claim for compensation for harm." Do not be alarmed that this entry does not fit on one line. Use as many lines as you need. In the appropriate columns indicate the quantity (1 pc.) And value (10 rubles). In the line "General total of items and declared value" write: "1 item, 10 rubles." Put your signature.
3
Fill in the delivery notice form. Check the boxes for "Letter" and "Custom" and indicate the address of the recipient in the appropriate lines. If necessary, consult with mail staff.
4
Give the envelope with the claim, the form of the inventory and the receipt of receipt to the employee for verification. Explain to him that you need to send a valuable letter of acknowledgment of receipt. Wait until he checks the attachment and certifies the inventory with his signature and seal. The postal worker must seal one copy of the inventory in an envelope with the letter, and the second should be given to you along with the receipt for sending the letter. Do not lose these documents!
5
Wait for a notification of delivery of the letter you sent. Staple the notice, inventory and receipt together and keep them. If your claim is not satisfied, these documents will become your evidence in court.
note
Only an inventory of the attachment in the letter, certified by the signature and seal of the postal worker, will help you prove the fact of timely sending of the claim. Since the notice of delivery serves only as proof of receipt of the envelope. Theoretically, anything could be in the envelope itself. And an unscrupulous seller can always say that you sent him, on the contrary, gratitude or some other nonsense.
