Fire safety at the enterprise is largely determined by the quality of campaign materials. Typically, an institution will equip a fire safety corner, one of the elements of which becomes an information stand. It contains materials that clearly show how personnel should act in case of fire.
You will need
- - stand;
- - propaganda posters;
- - other materials for filling the stand.
Instruction manual
1
Choose a place to place a fire safety stand. If the organization does not have a specially designated area for this, place the information panel in the most visited place accessible for public viewing. It can be, for example, a wall at the entrance to the personnel department, a dining room or a corridor. If the enterprise has several floors, each of them should have an evacuation plan in case of fire.
2
Make a stand title. It must accurately indicate its purpose, for example: "Fire Safety Corner", "Fire Safety" or "How to deal with a fire." The name of the stand should be made in capital letters and well perceived against the background of other information materials.
3
Break the stand prepared in advance into several sections, each with a subtitle. Provide visual instructions on how to use a fire extinguisher, as well as an evacuation plan in case of fire. The stand should contain general recommendations for the prevention of fires and basic rules of conduct in case of emergency.
4
In large print, highlight emergency phone numbers and information about the fire safety officer in the enterprise.
5
Use posters to decorate the stand, which in a figurative form describe the actions of personnel in case of fire. Explanatory text should be short and precise. In the event of an emergency, there will be no time for detailed familiarization with the small text.
6
Allocate space for departmental orders and orders regulating the actions of officials in emergency situations at the stand. Also provide a pocket for handouts. These can be leaflets or booklets in which recommendations on actions in case of fire and measures to prevent it are described in a concise and clear form.
