The design of any award of sectoral, municipal or state significance is regulated by a special document. Examine the status of the award to which your company represents its employee. These provisions exist even for certificates of honor awarded to employees of line ministries and municipal administrations.

Whatever the unified form of the characteristic, there are requirements for its completion. Please note that the name of the position and place of work of the employee submitted for the award must be indicated in the text of the characteristics completely without the use of abbreviations.

List the state awards that the employee has already been awarded with their full name and year of receipt. The awards of line ministries and departments, public organizations, and federal agencies are indicated as a separate item.

In the characteristics section devoted to the work of the recipient, list all organizations and the positions held by him in strict accordance with the entries in the work book, in a separate line indicating the month and year when he entered the work and was dismissed from it. The last record of the current place of work must correspond to that indicated in the title information.

Place the text of the specification compactly, its volume should not exceed one page. Usually, unless otherwise specified in the regulation on this award, fonts in sizes 12 or 14 are used.

In the main section of the award specification, reflect in detail the nature and extent of merit by education or industry. Pay special attention to the last five years of its activity. The degree of merit must correspond to the status of the award to which you represent it. The official duties performed by the employee are not a reason for rewarding, and it is not allowed to indicate them as merits. These include certain outstanding results of his work.
