This group of students does not receive a free diploma, but the distribution will take place at the place of residence. In this case, you will receive a free diploma only if you have studied at least half of the entire period of study at the paid department. Also, a free diploma is received by those who enroll in a paid master's program.

Go to the place of distribution and get your dismissal. In this case, the university may offer you a new place for redistribution. If this does not happen, you are free from obligations to the state.
