Biography
In Toronto, Canada, in the family of actors Ted Fallows and Dawn Greenhalg, on March 14, 1968, the fourth child was born - Megan. Parents from the very first days took the child to the set. And as soon as Megan grew up, she already with her parents, sisters Edwin and Samantha, as well as with her brother Lawrence, participated in theatrical productions. The first work on television with Megan Fallows was shooting in the short film "Clare's Wish" in 1978. And in 1979, an event occurred that changed her life, namely the divorce of her parents. Megan's mother, sisters and brother moved to Los Angeles.
Career
Upon arrival in Los Angeles, Dawn Greenhalg immediately plunged into new roles. Many directors wanted to work with her, but the children were not left without attention. Young Megan was invited not only to shoot commercials, but also TV shows. So she starred in 1982 in The Little Tramp and Facts from Life. And in 1985, the film adaptation of Stephen King’s novel “Silver Bullet” was released, where Megan had one of the main roles. But the role that attracted millions of viewers was the role of the dreamer and dreamer Anne Shirley in the 1985 film Anne from the Green Roofs. For her amazing acting in the film, Megan Fallows won the Gemini Award for Best Actress. Megan later received another Gemini Award, as well as an ACE Award for her role in Ann in Green Roofs Ann: Continued in 1987. After such success, Megan decided to try herself on the theatrical path. And in 1988 she played in the production of "The influence of gamma rays on the behavior of daisies." Samantha's mother and sister performed on the same stage with her.
