Russian linguist, morphologist Evgenia Sereda believes that the rich Russian language is similar to a living organism, which is sometimes useful to examine with a microscope.
Childhood and youth
Eugene was born in 1978 in Moscow. Her father, Vitaly Grigoryevich, is a mining engineer who was engaged in mineral exploration. Zhenya was the eldest child in a large family, so she began to work early to help her parents. Her youth fell on the 90s, which became a turning point in the life of the country.
In 1991, Eugene came to the OASIS Theater Studio, which was directed by the poet and playwright Inna Zagraevskaya. For 3 years, the girl participated in the productions of the collective, played in the performances "The Little Mermaid", "Heir", "Feather White - Feather Black", "Flower of Fire".
In 1995, Sereda entered the first year of the Moscow Pedagogical Institute named after Lenin, and simultaneously received a director's education there. According to her, theatrical experience helped her form a distinctive teaching style. Eugenia learned how to easily light students, but also to burn to the ground herself.
Loyalty to the profession
The university instilled in the graduate an unquenchable love and great respect for the teaching profession. Teaching fascinated her from the 1st year, she remains faithful to her to this day.
In 2000, Sereda presented the university at the city competition “Teacher of the Year of Moscow” in the category “Debut”. The girl successfully overcame all the stages and reached the final of the competition.
Eugene has not only many years of experience as a school teacher, since 2004 she has been the senior lecturer at the Military Academy of the Russian Defense Ministry. The teacher constantly improves mastery and updates his own methodological piggy bank. This habit appeared in her in the years of study, during the passage of university practice. At some point, when it seems that the ceiling has been reached, it is very important to rise to a new level and grow up. Workshops and access to new technologies help push the boundaries. Today, much attention is paid to the information competence of students, because in fact, the methods of forming techniques are simple, but very effective. On the basis of the Enlightenment online school, Sereda has created several electronic modules for the subject "Russian Language" under the order of the Federal Agency for Education. For 9th grade students, she developed modules for distance learning.
Science integration
Eugene gave many years of her teaching career to the Penates educational center. During this period, dozens of her monographs devoted to the integration of the natural and humanitarian sciences were published. When the future teacher came to the Faculty of Philology, literature was her favorite subject. But the teachers revealed to the student that the whole brightness of the Russian language cannot be comprehended in isolation from other sciences. Integration to the natural sciences creates a holistic picture of the world. For example, without knowing the spelling of the names of the settlements, the geographer will not be able to find them on the map.
Eugenia’s travels with his students around the country revealed to them the diversity of the Russian language. For example, in Tatarstan there are residents who speak more literally than in the capital, but you cannot meet such a beautiful, melodious dialect as in Vologda anywhere. Traveling around the world showed that English is losing its monopoly and is no longer putting pressure on the Russian language.
Scientific activity
Even as a student, Eugene was fascinated by the study of the modern Russian language, in particular morphology. The most controversial issue in the grammar of speech was interjection. The place of this part of speech in the general classification and its interaction in the modern system of philology is devoted to the candidate and doctoral dissertations of Sereda. A separate section is devoted to the punctuation of interjections. A significant contribution to the study of the issue was the corresponding study guide, which was published in 2013. The book is intended not only for linguistic students, but also for language teachers. The material is backed up by fiction, contemporary poetry and colloquial speech.
For many years now, interest in ancient languages and linguistics has been distinguishing itself. She chose the Church Slavonic language as one of the directions of her own scientific research. She adapted the methods of the famous Russian linguist Alexander Kamchatnov for Sunday parish schools. Eugenia herself taught this discipline in one of the capital's educational institutions and sang in the church choir.
Journalist and poet
Within the walls of the pedagogical university, Sereda woke up interest in journalism. She graduated from the evening department of the Faculty of Further Education in this specialty, and then successfully combined the main activity with journalistic creativity. Collaborated with periodicals: "Teacher's Newspaper", "Pedagogical University", publishing house "First of September". In the early 2000s, Eugene taught a course on the theory and practice of mass media at the Higher School of Management.
