Andrei Yurievich Tolubeev was born on March 30, 1945 in an acting family. Yuri Tolubeyev and Tamara Aleshin, Andrei’s parents, famous artists of the Leningrad Drama Theater named after Pushkin. Soon Tolubeev Sr. received the highest Stalin Cinematographic Prize of the USSR for the role of General Panteleev.
