Russian journalist and video blogger Yuri Dud is famous for his author’s show “vDud”, which he runs on Youtube and in which he interviews celebrities in the fields of politics, business, the Internet, the media, TV, theater, cinema and show business, as well as uploads its copyright documentaries. He officially works as a deputy director general of the sports.ru online publication. His wife is Olga Boneva, children are Alena (born in 2008) and Daniel (born in 2012).
Biography Dude
Yuri was born in 1986 in the GDR, in the city of Potsdam. According to him, he is Ukrainian by birth and Russian in his heart. The Dudya family moved to our country in 1990, when the boy was four years old. As a child, he often visited Ukraine, where all his grandparents lived.
Father - head of the military department of Bauman Moscow State Technical University, doctor of military sciences, professor, member of the Academy of Military Sciences. Currently a pensioner. Mother is a chemistry teacher at the Moscow College of Olympic Reserve. In the 90s, she worked as a financier in a little-known company. Currently engaged in the education of grandchildren.
In childhood, until the 4th grade, he was fond of football, but threw it because of a serious knee joint injury and because of the onset of bronchial asthma. Unable to play sports, he became interested in journalism: in the fifth grade, he wrote notes in the "Youth newspaper". At the age of 13, he began to earn extra money in the newspaper Segodnya. In 2001, when Yuri was only 14 years old, he already worked as a freelance employee of the Izvestia newspaper, in which, upon reaching 16, he became a full-time staff correspondent. At the age of 19, he transferred to work in the magazine "PROsport".

Yuri Dud leads a sports lifestyle, does not smoke, regularly goes to the gym. On his pages in social networks publishes a video with techniques from football, with the regime of the day he developed and a healthy diet, with his own exercises for gaining a beautiful body.

TV career
At the age of 25, Yuri Dud decided to make a career on TV. In 2011, he got a job as a special correspondent and commentator in the sports department of NTV Plus, and conducted morning programs on City FM radio.
At the end of the same year he was appointed to the post of editor-in-chief of the sports.ru online publication. In 2018, he rose to the position of Deputy General Director in this project.
In 2012-2013, he successfully combined the main work with the work of a sports commentator on the TV channels "Russia-2" and VGTRK "Sport 1". He was the host of a series of documentary programs about the life of the Sparta football club.
In 2015-2017, he created and led the author’s TV show Cult Tour on Match TV, dedicated to stories about the first football players and football coaches in Russia.

One of the most famous interviews is with Pavel Grudinin, during which they made a bet that if the presidential candidate does not gain 15% of the vote, he will have to shave his mustache. Gdrudinin gained only 12% and was forced to fulfill his promise.
He participated in an advertising campaign for Beeline mobile operator, Alfa Bank brand and Head & Shoulders brand.
In 2018, he played the role of a cameo in the video for Vasya Oblomov (Vasily Goncharov), “Carry Garbage.” He was also one of the official commentators on the World Cup, although Dud made his first reports in the world football championship back in 2006.
