An actor, a parodist, a comedian, a TV presenter, a handsome man - this is all about him, Yuri Stoyanov. It is already impossible to imagine Russian cinema without him, and it is hard to believe that his path to fame was not easy and long.
The biography of Yuri Stoyanov is a vivid example of the fact that it is impossible to succeed without self-confidence. The beginning of his career did not promise him popularity and fame. In demand, he has become closer to 40 years. But his ability to play the roles of heroes of any plan was appreciated, several films with his participation are released every year, he broadcasts, plays animated films, plays in the theater.
"I come from Odessa
"
Stoyanov is a source of positive feelings for both fans and loved ones, and he has been like that since early childhood. This is not surprising - Yuri Odessa. The boy was born in early July 1957 in the village of Borodino, but soon his parents moved to Odessa, and he grew up there.
Mom Yuri was a teacher, dad - a gynecologist. Parents dreamed that their only son would become a doctor, and Jura already knew in childhood that his calling was acting. He dutifully attended classes in the fencing group, where his mother and father gave him, but with great pleasure attended the drama club, poetry studio and guitar lessons.
In the evenings, a company of boys led by Stoyanov made real performances in the Odessa courtyard. Yura invented parodies of teachers and residents of the house, sang songs with a guitar. An impressive crowd of spectators often gathered at improvised concerts. Parents realized that to argue with his son in his quest is simply stupid, and helped to move to Moscow after graduating from secondary school.
Student years and theater
Stoyanov dreamed of enrolling in VGIK, but ended up in GITIS. The very first lessons showed that Odessa acting victories are nothing compared to the demands of the Moscow public and critics, but Yuri did not despair.
After graduating from GITIS, Stoyanov was assigned to the Tovstonogov DTT. And there he failed to fully show all the facets of his talent.
For 17 years, he played minor or episodic roles. The only significant work of Yuri Stoyanov during his service at the BDT was the role of the maestro in the play "Amadeus".
And this did not break the optimist-Odessa. He decided - if there are no good roles yet, it’s worthwhile to devote this time to honing the actor’s skills. This was the only right decision, albeit bearing fruit many years later.
Tandem Stoyanov-Oleynikov
A sharp turn in the career of Yuri Stoyanov occurred after he met with Ilya Oleinikov. They were both invited to play small roles in the movie "Jokes." This project laid the foundation for the tandem, the fruit of the work of which became 250 humorous programs "Town".
The first Gorodok program was released on Russian television 4 years after Yuri Stoyanov met Ilya Oleinikov in 1993. Prior to this, the filming colleagues who had already managed to become friends led several television programs - “Kergudu!”, A heading in “Adam's Apple” and others.
The heroes of Gorodok became popular, their phrases scattered into quotes, and only two actors performed the roles - Yuri and Ilya. Texts for the transfer were written by more than 10 authors from Odessa and Moscow. The topics were topical and very close to the viewer. “Gorodok” held unprecedented popularity for almost 20 years, until the death of Ilya Oleinikov.

Along with popularity came demand. Yuri began to be invited to shoot, to offer the main roles in comedy films and series. The reverse side was also at the medal - “Gorodok” made the actor a hostage of the only role.
Humorous, comical roles brought income, but Yuri dreamed of dramatic heroes. And he managed to step over the prevailing stereotype. A peculiar turning point in his career was the painting "Lily of the valley silver."
