When large-scale changes occur in the country, it is very difficult to avoid side effects. Perestroika and the subsequent dismantling of the Soviet Union were accompanied by increased activity of criminal elements. Vladimir Tyurin was one of the active participants in these events.
Unclaimed Talent
In the second half of the 20th century, the economy of the Soviet Union "grew" with factories and power plants that were built in Siberia. Many people living in the European territory of the country moved to new places in the hope of a better life. Vladimir Anatolyevich Tyurin was born on November 25, 1958 in an ordinary Soviet family. Parents lived in the working village of Tyrlyansky in the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. My father worked at a metallurgical enterprise. Mother was a kindergarten teacher. They lived, like everyone else in the district, modestly. They didn’t starve, but they also didn’t.
Three years later, his father moved his family to the famous city of Bratsk, which is located on the banks of the Siberian Angara River. A hydroelectric power station was already operating here and the buildings of the aluminum plant were being built. When Vladimir was seven years old, like all his peers, he went to school. Studying was easy for him. He was seriously interested in music and attended the sambo wrestling section. He played chess well. He was able to find a common language with classmates. On the street he was respected for his courage and delivered blow. After some time, he was recognized as an informal leader among local adolescents.
Vladimir spent all his free time on the street, which did not stop him in 1975 from graduating from school with a gold medal. Just a week after graduation, he is imprisoned for participating in a tough fight. After only three months, Tyurin is released under an amnesty. During this period, he managed to make connections among thieves and scammers. From that moment, law enforcement experts count his criminal record. By the beginning of the 80s, the future thief in law managed to get an incomplete musical education at the Gnesins Moscow Music College.
For participating in the fight, he again received a term. After his release, he decided to make some quick money by opening a video showroom in his apartment. At that time, videotapes with fighters, thrillers and pornographic films were massively imported into the country with the connivance of law enforcement agencies. However, for corruption of young people, the court determined Tyurin five years in a forced labor colony. In the zone, the sitters greeted him as a native. In 1989, Tyurik, so he began to be called among "his", was released and returned to Bratsk. There has already been an open struggle for power and resources.
Local fights
After the collapse of the USSR, large-scale privatization began in the country. In Bratsk, future effective managers and criminal representatives fought for "tidbits" of public property. The stages of this struggle were sparingly reported on television news. However, local residents witnessed a bloody massacre. After his release, Tyurin took the place of an assistant to the local authority Moiseev, nicknamed Masya. A few months later, competitors planted an explosive device in Masi’s car. All passengers in the cabin died.
After this precedent, Tyurin became a "looker" for the Irkutsk region. There was a lot of work. The enterprises of the aluminum industry, the pulp and paper complex, forestry and the railway became private property. It was necessary not only to observe these processes, but also to participate in privatization. Tyurik scored “for himself” proven fighters who controlled the state of key facilities. He equipped his headquarters with a gym. So it was customary to do throughout the country.
Personal life essays
In the struggle for the redistribution of public property, not only criminal elements participated, but also representatives of law enforcement agencies. Tyurin acted very carefully. Used sophisticated techniques and creativity in its purest form. He married a Russian woman who remained a citizen of Kazakhstan. They had children - two sons. And the father of the family received Kazakh citizenship. After a certain period, the marriage broke up. By this time, Tyurik moved to a permanent residence in Moscow. I came to Siberia only for inspection purposes.
Once Vladimir Tyurin caught the eye of the famous opera singer Maria Maksakova. After long courtship, the singer agreed to enter into a relationship with him. For several years they lived as husband and wife. However, the marriage was not formally registered. By that time, Tyurik was already a crowned thief in law. By position, he was forbidden to have a family. At the same time, Maksakova bore him two children - a boy and a girl. But she failed to achieve the desired stamp in the passport. After a while, they parted peacefully. Maksakova married another, and Tyurin moved to Spain.
