A Ukrainian public figure was born in eastern Ukraine in the famous city of Donetsk. The date of birth of Vladimir Rybak is October 3, 1946.
Vladimir Vasilievich Rybak graduated from a comprehensive school in 1961. The next place where the young man continued his education was chosen technical school, which trained professional construction specialists. It was an educational institution in the city of Yasinovataya. The fisherman successfully completed his studies in 1963. Two years after graduating from college, a young specialist was drafted into the army. The soldier had to serve in the Moscow District. Years of service in the army left the best memories, Vladimir had reliable friends and colleagues. Fisherman completed his military service in 1968. After demobilization, he returns to his native Donetsk and becomes a student of the Faculty of Economics at Donetsk University.
After five years of study at the university, he begins professional work. The place of work of the Fisherman was the 565th construction department. The career of an energetic engineer went uphill. First, he was appointed head of the technical department of the 8th Directorate. Two years later, he was transferred to a promotion - he goes to work in the Santekhelektromontazh trust.

In 1976, Vladimir Vasilievich Rybak holds the position of deputy head of one of the units of the Donetsk Oblmezhkolkhozstroy. During these years, Rybak joined the Communist Party and engaged in party work. Growth in the career ladder was marked by studies at the Higher Party School.
Having worked as an instructor of the regional committee, Rybak showed excellent organizational skills and a year later holds the honorary position of secretary of the party organization. Vladimir Vasilievich was highly respected and was in demand in his position. In 1988, the secretary of the regional committee becomes the head of the Kiev district council. Although Vladimir Rybak was a Ukrainian father, he did not know his native language well and already at a mature age he began to study the Ukrainian language from scratch. Learning was very difficult, but it was necessary for a person who began to work in leadership positions.
Political contribution
For special labor qualities and energetic and accurate solutions to pressing problems Rybak Vladimir Vasilievich in 1993 became mayor of his native Donetsk and served as head of the city until 2002.
During the reign of Viktor Yanukovych, Rybak served as vice-premier of the Ukrainian government. However, after the disgraced leader of the country was removed from power, Rybak also resigned.
