According to some political scientists, the Russian Federation has all the characteristic features of a large corporation. A clear confirmation of this thesis can be the ongoing personnel policy. None of the enlightened representatives of the population is alarmed by the current mechanism for appointing to high government posts. A successful businessman without any reservations may take the chair of a minister or governor. A classic example is the ex-governor of the Tula region Vladimir Sergeyevich Gruzdev.

Starting conditions
In a class society, a person’s professional activities are determined by his parents. This is an ancient rule, which is partly contrary to democratic principles. In order to avoid an acute conflict of interest, the relevant legislation provides for appropriate protective mechanisms. The biography of Vladimir Gruzdev before a certain stage was developing as a standard. The child was born on February 6, 1967 in the family of a military man. Parents lived in one of the towns near Moscow.
The boy respected his father and saw with his own eyes how the officers of the Soviet Army live. Vladimir studied well at school and, after the eighth grade, entered the Moscow Suvorov School. Then he studied at the Military Institute of the Ministry of Defense and received a specialized education as a translator. As a student, Gruzdev accompanied a group of Soviet adviser officers to the African mainland, where hostilities took place. According to the results of a business trip, Vladimir Gruzdev was awarded the medal "For Military Merit".
The military career initially developed well, but after the collapse of the Soviet Union, the situation changed dramatically. The ranks of the armed forces were declining without any plan. Officers, especially in remote garrisons, had to endure serious difficulties and troubles. In such circumstances, Lieutenant Gruzdev decided to quit the army and look for work in civilian life. As it turned out, no one in the country cared about the fate of unemployed servicemen. In order not to "stretch your legs", you had to do business.
