Biography
Valery was born in 1953 in Moscow, but grew up on the territory of North Ossetia. It was there that he graduated from college, having studied musical skill. But after this training, Valery went to an extra at the Conservatory of Leningrad, Ilya Musin. There he studied for 5 years - from 1972 to 1977.

A family
The father of the conductor is a veteran of the Second World War and the commander of the whole battalion. Mother of the conductor - Lagkueva Tamara Timofeevna.
