Biography
The future footballer was born in December 1929 on the 30th in the English town of Salford. Thomas grew up as a very active child and especially adored playing football. He loved not only chasing the ball, but also watching football competitions, trying to analyze the game of professionals. From an early age, he dreamed someday to be part of his favorite club, Manchester United.
When Tom was sixteen, he had a chance to prove himself and achieve his cherished dream. In May 1945, he got to watch at the Manchester United Football Academy. A talented young man demonstrated his sports creativity and was able to impress the club management.

In June 1947, McNulty signed the first professional contract with the Red Devils. Nevertheless, he continued to play for the club’s youth for a long time.
