Svetlana Nikolaevna Kolpakova is a Russian theater and film actress.

Before career
Svetlana Nikolaevna Kolpakova was born on March 30, 1985 in the capital of Russia - in Moscow. Ever since kindergarten, Svetlana dreamed of becoming an actress and was happy to attend a children's theater school, a folk dance and vocal group named after Pyatnitsky.
In 2001, Kolpakova graduated from high school and entered the Shchukin Theater School. The girl graduated from the university in 2005 and never thought of leaving him. She studied at the course of Mikhail Borisov.
Theater actress
Svetlana received her first small roles as a student at the school. The plays were staged based on the classical works of Ostrovsky, Shakespeare, Rostand and other famous playwrights.
In 2005, when the girl graduated from the actress, she was accepted into the troupe of the Chekhov Moscow Art Theater. While in the troupe, the actress played on the professional stage in the play "River with a fast current." After the actress took part in more than 15 performances held at the A.P. Chekhov Moscow Art Theater.
For the work done in 2010, Svetlana received a gold medal and a cash prize at the ceremony of awarding the first non-state Russian art prize "Triumph".
In 2013, Kolpakova began to collaborate with the Moscow Theater Studio under the direction of troupe director Oleg Tabakov. The actress played in the performances of The Last, based on the novel by Maxim Gorky, Vampilov’s play “The Eldest Son” and the alternative production of Chekhov’s play “The Seagull. New Version”. These performances are still in the Tabakov Theater.

The popularity of Kolpakova peaked when the actress starred in the TV series "Mom" in 2015, starring Julia Melnikova. The rating of the series is quite high and is growing to this day.
