Plot description
Ivan Prokhorov, a Russian commando, received the nickname "St. John's Wort" as a child from her grandfather-herbalist. Ivan's relatives died tragically, and he suffered an injury, after which he had the gift of foresight. With this gift, Prokhorov searches for criminals and saves people. Over time, St. John's Wort with the rank of officer was transferred to Moscow, where he receives the position of employee of a special department in which they reveal particularly complex crimes. His foresight is growing stronger and invaluable in investigating matters of national importance.
The main roles in the series "St. John's Wort" were performed by Dmitry Ulyanov, Julia Sharikova, Julia Melnikova and Euclid Kurdzidis.
The management is confident in the uniqueness of Prokhorov and counts on his help in the most complicated and complex crimes, so St. John's wort is sent to investigate such cases as the mysterious deaths of famous people, identifying drug traffickers, catching members of criminal gangs, an explosion on the railroad, medical crimes, and so on. Further. But, besides work, Prokhorov must defend his life, because a killer named Kapkan continues to hunt after him. In the third season of the series, Kapkan developed amnesia caused by drugs, as a result of which he came up with a new legend and was imbued with sympathy for Maria, Prokhorov's wife. The relationship between Ivan and Mary is confused, but St. John’s Wort is helped by his loyal friends and colleagues.
