Ethics and communication culture are created so that people have the opportunity to talk secularly, without using obscene words. However, abuse is an integral part of vernacular, a universal way of expressing emotions, so linguists and other language specialists pay attention to its study.

First you need to figure out if there is a difference in the concepts of "mate" and "curse". In the Russian language there is a fairly extensive number of abusive words that are obscene, swearing, unprintable. Most of them were considered indecent not always and at one time even had a subtext of praise. Today, among the curses there is a separate group called obscene words.
2
Traditionally, swearing includes the names of the genitals and their parts, as well as the process of intercourse. In addition, all possible modified and smoothed forms of these words are considered obscene. At one time, V. Dahl, collecting material for his explanatory dictionary, did not distinguish obscene expressions in a separate category, in his notes they existed along with all everyday expressions.
3
Following the definition of foul language, it should be noted that the word "bitch" is not obscene, it is just the name of the gender of the dogs. Male - "male", female, respectively, "female". Just as there is a division into “cat, ” and “cat, ” “bull, ” and “cow, ” “ram, ” and “sheep.”
4
Strictly speaking, this word is not even a curse, because such expressions are dismissive, swearing, derogatory. A list of them can be found in special sections of dictionaries, but the "bitch" is not found there. Otherwise, the words “goat”, “horse”, “pig” and many others had to be attributed there.
5
However, it just so happened, and the reasons for this may become a topic for the whole study, that the attitude to the word "bitch" is special. And to call a person so much more offensive than a "dog" or "dog". That is why today there is a misconception that this concept refers to obscene. Of course, this is not the case at this stage of the language’s development, although over time the “bitch” may well migrate to the section of foul language, such examples already exist in history.
6
The prerequisites for such a transition are quite compelling. For example, one can even find in serious publications about dog breeding the division of puppies not into "males" and "bitches", but into "boys" and "girls", which by definition is incorrect, since boys and girls are still people. Such reinsurance is called hypercorrection, however, such a discrepancy is perceived as quite adequate.
7
Following this path, many modern online publications on grammar and other sections of the language, talking about the definition of the word "bitch", already use two interpretations:
- female dogs;
- frivolous lustful woman (rudeness).
But even this in no way brings this word closer to swear words.
