Early biography
Roman Stepensky was born in 1977 in the Kazakh city of Ust-Kamenogorsk. He was brought up in a family of saxophonist and housewife, also fond of music. From early childhood, Roman was quite versatile: he attended the drama club, was engaged in fencing.
