Biography
Roman Kartsev was born in Odessa in May 1939. By the way, the real name of the actor is Katz. The mother of the future comedian was an intelligent woman holding the post of secretary in the party organization. My father was from a large family, professionally involved in football. In addition to Roman, the parents had two more children. Brother Kartseva became a magician and left for the USA. My sister studied as a librarian and soon immigrated to the States.
